Our goal is to build the capacity of adults who serve youth in our community to better support at-risk
youth and to strengthen connections between the school system, families, and the communities.

IDN will accomplish this by training and supporting youth serving adults within our
community partner organizations to support at-risk youth via a best practice approach.
