While believing that was her mission in life, it was Brenda's unbelievable fortune to be in the right place at the right time and to have the opportunity to be offered the chance to really begin to help make a difference with what she did every day. She started to work for a non-profit organization that provided residential, school and foster care services for at-risk children. Her life changed and she never looked back…. Brenda found her passion and mission for life!

From there she began to work for a very large multi-state Kentucky based company for the next 25+ years, supervising programs in several states while every day striving to find ways to advocate for those whose voice was not being heard, whose needs were not being met, who were the most vulnerable among us. But most importantly – giving them the opportunity to become the best of themselves.

After working in multiple states and programs for many years and being away from her beloved state of WV, Brenda made the decision to move back and find ways to use her experience and knowledge to continue her passion there.
