Tonya has been continually active with youth for many years in her local church and community supporting youth activities and organizing events. Additionally, her experience of being a mother to 4 children, including twins (ages 11) and 2 older children ages 15 and 16, has given her valuable expertise in understanding today’s youth.

 

She's very excited to bring her experience to Inspiring Dreams Network where she will be working to enhance training and development, continue to expand the Youth Development Portal, assist with grant writing, as well as supporting the IDN team in planning future trainings and evaluating outcomes.  Additionally, she will help the IDN Board and staff evaluate and improve current organization practices, processes, and trainings.
