Sarah Barton

Funding and Philantrophy Co-Chair

Sarah holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Child Development and Family Studies from West Virginia University.

Sarah Barton brings a wealth of expertise in project management, grant writing, fundraising, human resources, and more.  Sarah has a diverse background in higher education, healthcare, and cross-sector partnerships with over twenty years of nonprofit experience though her work with various organizations, including Coplin Health Systems, Ethos Leadership Group, and Ohio Valley University.

She owns and operates ProFuse Solutions, a nonprofit consulting firm that supports nonprofits in developing sustainable practices through training and education, data-driven planning and assessment, and fundraising support services.

​

Sarah is passionate about helping others have access to the resources they need to be healthy and thrive.  She believes the youth and those who support them play a key role in community health. As she begins work with Inspiring Dreams Network, she is excited to share her skills and expertise to advance the mission of Inspiring Dreams Network so that families and communities throughout West Virginia can thrive. Sarah will serve as co-chair of our Funding and Philanthropy Committee.
