To help us plan future training needs, please complete our Training Needs Survey.

We’d like to ask for your participation in this short survey from Prevent Child Abuse WV. The purpose of this survey is to collect information about current offerings and needs for Mandated Reporter training in the state and to learn how our organization can better serve those needs.

Please send out to your listservs, post on social media, or pass on the survey in any other way that you think would capture the experiences of those having taken Mandated Reporter trainings.

Thank you for your help! Please email with questions.
