CAMP TALL TIMBERS
Camp Tall Timbers offers a wide variety of entertaining, engaging, and inspiring activities for boys and girls from ages 7 to 16 that promotes independence, decision making, socialization, skill-building, confidence, creativity, and self-discovery in a safe and nurturing environment.
SUMMER JUNIOR NURSING ACADEMY
CAMC’s Junior Nursing Academy exposes students to a wide variety of nursing specialties, while learning basic nursing skills in a simulated environment. Students also have the opportunity to achieve a certificate of completion in a Stop the Bleed Course and become a BLS Provider through the American Heart Association successfully completing CPR and AED Programs.
CAMP MARIPOSA
Camp Mariposa is a prevention and mentoring program for youth affected by the substance use disorder of a family member. Children and teens attend 4 to 6 transformational weekend camps per year. Youth ages 9-12 participate in fun, traditional camp activities combined with educational and support sessions led by mental health professionals and trained volunteers. All Camp Mariposa activities are provided free of charge. Camp Mariposa was created and is supported by Eluna. Camp Mariposa WV is a part of Eluna’s national Camp Mariposa program.

PEACETREE CENTER FOR WELLNESS - Kids Wellness Camp
Kids Wellness Camp utilizes evidence-based and trauma-informed programs that integrates the power of individuality, mindfulness, contemporary drum circles, play therapy, wellness recovery action planning, and group activities to build core strengths such as self regulation, focusing and listening, team building, leadership, expressing feelings, managing anger/stress, empathy, and gratitude. Campers learn new skills and take home tools to promote resilience and wellness in their lifestyle.
APPALACHIAN STEM ACADEMY AT OAK RIDGE
High school and middle school students conduct guided group science, math, and computer science technology research projects, while high school teachers work with science practitioners to develop STEM-related curriculum. The program culminates in a graduation ceremony where participants showcase their work.
THEATRE CAMP IN PARKERSBURG
Camp Vaudeville is a summertime apprenticeship in theatre arts, as the theatre was seen in the day of Vaudeville (late 19th-early 20th century). Culminating in a real vaudeville show, the camp is designed for children who have completed 2nd grade through those who have completed 11th grade.
STEM SUMMER CAMPS

TALKING TIME AAC CAMP 2026 CAMPER APPLICATION
Talking Time AAC Camp is a week‑long summer program designed for youth who use Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), offering a fully inclusive environment where campers can build communication skills, confidence, and friendships. Through structured activities, hands‑on learning, and supportive staff trained in AAC, the camp creates a fun, empowering space for campers to practice expressive communication in real‑world, social settings.
